This event is one of the most popular types of the river cruises and there’s no question why.
There are two different kinds of this cruise depending on the length; one lasts 80 minutes, the other one 3 hours. You can choose which one you prefer more based on the time it takes or by the drink and food menu.
If you choose the 80 minutes long cruise you have the opportunity to pick 3 drinks to enjoy while watching the amazing show or you can decide to have a nice Hungarian soup and some kind of a delicious dessert. This kind of the Operetta and Folklore Show is mostly about the show and not about the amazing meals – but if you would like to have a 3 course meal while watching the mesmerizing dancers you have the opportunity to do it if you choose the 3 hours long river cruise!
What is more, in the menu there are gluten-free, lactose-free and even vegan options too which means that there is no chance that you can’t find the perfect meal for yourself or your partner.
This program can be a romantic experience with your partner with candlelight, watching the show and enjoying the view. On the other hand, it can also be a family event. Children are very much welcome on board! The ticket for children is even cheaper than the normal one. Even though operetta isn’t for everyone especially if we’re talking about children but the folklore dancers with their colourful dresses, with the quick and nice traditional music and the lovely dance moves will amaze everybody for sure!
The ships start at 19:30 or 21:00 which means that you’ll be able to see Budapest’s most popular attractions in the evening when everything is so sparkly and the city bathed in light.
